The past 2- 3 weeks in school during PVA class we studied about the kolintang,the kolintang is an instrument that is very similar to the xylophone, there are 5 different types of kolintang there are melody,tenor,alto,contra and bass. they all have their significant mallets, for contra and bass we use brown, for tenor we use mint green, for melody and alto we use dark green. the kolintang is originally from mihanasa which is in sulawesi, currently in our class we our studying the music from one of mozarts most famous songs named " Eine Kleine Nachtmusik".
